SHIPPING 
We use USPS Priority & FedEx IP shipping. On-hand Items are processed and ship out in 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after the order is received and takes 2-5 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to Covid-19, the holidays, and or bad weather.

Please keep in mind that USPS is a government agency and does not deliver or operate on national holidays. USPS is not available to all countries at this time. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

 

Tracking numbers are made available for clear communication between the customer and the post office. We are limited to what we can do once the post office has the merchandise in their possession. Please consider consulting the post office about matter appropriate.

If you are unhappy with a purchase NOTIFY US ASAP via email, or direct messages.  After 48-hours we can no longer accept the claim. Siddity Beauty has a 30-day store credit policy. In the event that a customer wants a refund for whatever reason verifiable, store credit will be issued. This store credit expires 30-days from the day the item is returned.
